Wedding Film Packages & Pricing

1- Social Media Trailer –  Around a minute long, these quick videos are perfect for Instagram, Facebook and any other social media.  We'll use copyright safe music for this featurette, and let you choose the mood of the song (fun, chill, epic, country, dreamlike, rockin' or upbeat).   Check out our latest here!

2- Short Film or a Music Video Highlight Reel –  Released at the same time as the Trailer, you'll also get to choose between a Short Film or a Music Video Highlight Reel.  Recapping the entire day, a Music Video Highlight Reel is set to a song of your choosing... yes, any song you want!  If there's a song that means a lot to the two of you, that would be the one to choose.  We'll take dozens of key moments from your day and sync them to the beat and tempo of the song.  A Short Film also recaps your day, runs about 10-12 minutes long, is set to custom music (you can choose from our curated playlist) and features real-time snippets of parts of your ceremony.  You don't need to choose which option until closer to the wedding day. Can't decide which you like better? Add both to any package a-la-carte.

3- Real-Time Ceremony and Reception Cut (usually exceeding 2 hours in length) – We’ll discreetly film your entire Ceremony and important Reception events in real-time, including any first look or private vows with the couple as well.  See and hear the ceremony, toasts, special dances and more all as it happened with professional audio. If we’re with you for open dancing, we’ll film most of that, too!  We also have options for non-obtrusive interviews with guests via a Video Message Station we could set up during the reception (some folks like to call it ‘The Confessional’), allowing guests to roast or toast the couple at their leisure.   

4- Raw Footage Outakes – We'll include anything that didn't make your fully edited Wedding Film, as well as real time footage of pre and post ceremony activities, as part of your package either in it's own chapter marker in the main video, or as a separate digital video file if such footage is extensive.

Also included with all packages:

Complete Coverage – All important events, such as the Ceremony and key Reception moments, will be presented in the completed video in real time with their own chapter markers.  We always use two (or more) cameras during the ceremony and important reception events.  Call us crazy, but a lot of videographers don’t film all of the important events in their entirety, or will try to charge you extra to do that, but we think that should be any videographer’s #1 priority.  We do that and more.

Drone Coverage – Weather, venue and FAA permitting, we'll fly a drone on your wedding day to gather aerial footage of the grounds of your venue for inclusion in your video at no extra charge!   If the weather is not cooperative, we may be able to use some stock drone footage that we captured on a different day.

Add Photos – All packages come with a complimentary mini-photo montage!  Up to 40 photos, you can send us 'diapers to dating' images, engagement photos or even honeymoon photos. This is completely optional.

Wireless Sound – We use wireless WAV recorder/microphones during the ceremony for optimal sound of your vows.  WAV microphones have no actual wireless signal and won't interfere with any other professional wireless audio signal.  We will also include any audio files from your day as part of your package.

Hands On Customization – Matt personally edits every wedding and you'll have the opportunity to tell us about your editing preferences, music, etc. when planning for your wedding video coverage via forms for our various packages on our Preparation Page, which also will tell you what to expect from us on the day of your wedding:) 

Digital Delivery – Once completed, we'll send your fully edited videos to you via an online download as Quicktime MP4's suitable for iTunes, Quicktime, Apple TV, Windows Media Player, other video playback software and all the different cloud services.  You can even upload it to your Youtube channel if you'd like!  You can easily make your own USB thumb drives using this file.  DVD, thumb drive and SSD drive options available a-la-cart if you'd rather us do it for you.

Content Creation Add-on – Add a Content Creator who can create short-form videos throughout your day for posting to TikTok or IG.  More info on that below.
