Below is a general guideline for various types of videos, but your vision can be entirely different. We will custom quote all projects and give discounts for ongoing/regular filming. But the pricing below can give you a general idea of what our pricing structure is like.
Corporate Event Coverage (conferences, gala's, banquets, lectures, etc.)
We specialize in large corporate outings that are typically multi-day events that include a mix of social events (golf tournaments, themed dinners, 'field trips', etc.) lectures and/or educational sessions, awards banquets and more. See our pricing below for individual options, or inquire with us directly for a custom quote for an all day or multi-day event. All videos come with custom music licensed for your videos as needed included with our pricing.
-Filming of a lecture or keynote speaker up to 90 minutes: $500 -Click Here for an example.
-General event coverage highlight video (up to 4 hours on site for event): $1500 -Click Here for an example.
-Welcome video featuring vendors or testimonials (great to show at breakfast opening morning): $1500 -Click Here for an example of a welcome video. For an example of a testimonial, click here (this rate would include multiple testimonial videos from your event).
-"All Inclusive" single day filming: $3500
This could include up to a half dozen or so of non-concurrent lectures, breakfast and lunch coverage, maybe a few testimonials from attendees or board members, and evening event coverage. All lectures or testimonials delivered as independent videos, with a highlight video to wrap everything up into a nice short presentation that's great for marketing purposes. See an example of a highlight video here. If you're having concurrent lectures, we can do that too for an additional cost depending on the complexity and how long extra labor would be needed.
Typically we can add extra days for about $1000 per day, also incorporating more lectures, testimonials, vendor videos, etc. But every conference is different with different and complex (or non-complex) needs, so please share your plans with us as we can usually work out a great rate for multi-day events for our clients!
*Rates apply to corporate events within the Baltimore/DC metro and surrounding areas for weekday events. Additional charges may apply for Saturday events during our peak season, especially in May/June or Sept/Oct. Minimum fee of $500 is assessed for any event (if you're only having a single lecture up to 90 minutes, for example).

Web/Business Profile Video; $1000-3000
We'll come out to your place of business and film the grounds (on the ground and from the air) and some of the things you do inside, featuring your business space, patrons and/or products. Then, we'll set up an interview with you to tell us more about what you do, offer and/or provide for your clientele. Then we'd create an up to 10 minute long 'webisode' that you can share on your website, on social media or anywhere you want! We even provide the music in the video for you at no extra cost and licensed specifically for you to use.
Special Project Multi-Day / Overnight / On Location Filming and Video Production; $2000-3000+ per day
For any multi-day project that requires filming on location, with no set amount of hours requiring being on-call 24/7, in an usually exotic location (wilderness, state/national parks, job sites, ships, islands, camping, etc). Beginning rate of $2000/day includes all project coordination, planning and filming (raw files delivered at the end of the project) and includes travel days. $3000/day also includes storyboarding/scripting and editing/video production of final products/videos. Additional videographers or special equipment needs extra depending on the complexity of the project.
Marketing/Training/Animated/Corporate Profile Videos; $1000+
Maybe you need a corporate profile video for your business that will effectively communicate your values, principles or direction... maybe you need a training video for your employees that'll help your company's effieciency levels and productivity... or perhaps you need a marketing video or series of web videos for your website to effectively get your message across. We can handle any of that, and bring the studio setting to you with lighting, backdrops, sound equipment, etc. Basic titling and custom effects included, and you can choose from our library of hundreds of royalty free song cuts if your video needs any music, at no extra charge. We can do an Animated Video for you too if you prefer not to be on camera! Pricing varies depending on the complexity of the project so feel free to contact us with your ideas so we can come up with a ballpark quote for you, same day. For example, if you already have a bunch of photos and videos that you'd like to turn into a final product, ballpark would be around $1000. If you'll need us to film everything, obtain voiceovers, etc., that would add to the costs.
TV Commercials; $1000-3000
Commercials! They reach a large targeted audience that can substantially get the word out about your business or cause, and they're easier to accomplish than you think. All you have to do is contact any local cable or satellite provider and see what works for you. They'll show you what channels you can pick to target the audience you'd like to reach. We can film and produce your commercial in full HD and then once you approve it, we'll get it over to the cable or satellite provider you chose so it can get on the air!
Editing Existing Footage; $250 per hour
Already have footage that you need edited? Tell us about your project and we can give you a quote about a total cost to do the editing and produce your video.
In-person consultation; $100-$250 per hour
Typically not necessary, this is our fee to come to your location before we film to go over a game plan and scope things out. Most of the time this is not needed as all details can be worked out in advance through email, phone or video chat.
