We travel generally within a 2-3 hour driving radius of Bel Air, MD. Outside of 3 hours would require additional time and/or hotel fees (or even airfare). 4 hours or more would require airfare. Minimum travel fees are as follows:

-30 minutes or more from Bel Air, MD: $50

* Travel fees reflect compensation for the additional time our team spends traveling for events, or other costs we may incur such as parking, tolls, fuel or hotel stays, as well as general logistics in certain areas (for example, even though a location in DC might be 90 minutes from us, we plan an additional hour of buffer time to get there due to traffic concerns. Same for parts of the eastern shore of MD... we add much more time to our agenda knowing how bad bridge or beach traffic can be).
**Areas we will not film in our area with some exceptions include...
-Much of downtown Baltimore City, including the Mt. Vernon, Federal Hill and Little Italy areas. Generally speaking, we WILL film along the waterfront at the Inner Harbor, Harbor East, Fells Point and Canton areas with a good secured parking situation on site (like the BMI), or with valet parking (such as at the major hotels).
-Parts of Washington DC, Alexandria and Arlington. Primarily the north, western and eastern outskirts. Any venue in or near downtown DC (within a mile or so of The Mall/White House) is fine, but must have valet or on site parking in their own garage within their building's confines (like the Reagan Center).
-Much of Philadelphia. However, major hotels with valet parking or a secured, attached parking garage downtown within their building's confines are acceptable.
**We have had members of our family team assaulted in some of these areas leaving events. I can not in good conscious send members of our team (my wife, parents, brothers and sister-in-laws) into areas where there is a history of crime against wedding & event professionals. We've unfortunately experienced it first hand, and know many colleagues that have also been victims. I certainly appreciate any understanding regarding this matter.
