Online Highlights – Once completed, your Highlight Video (which comes with our Full Length offering) or Short Film will be posted to our website on our Spotlight page.

Drone Coverage – Weather, venue, pilot and FAA permitting, we'll fly a drone on your wedding day to gather aerial footage of the grounds of your venue for inclusion in your video at no extra charge!   If the weather is bad, we may be able to use some stock drone footage that we captured on a different day.

Wireless Sound – We use wireless WAV recorder/microphones during the ceremony for optimal sound of your vows.  WAV microphones have no actual wireless signal and won't affect any house wireless UHF system.  We will also send you the audio file from the ceremony just a few days after the big day for fun.

You Choose the Music – You select all of the music you'd like to use for the various parts of your video, as well as go over day-of specifics for your wedding via forms for our various packages on our Preparation Page, which also will tell you what to expect from us on the day of your wedding:)

A La Carte & Extras

*A hotel stay would assure on-time filming by sleeping over near your event location. It is assessed for most events not local to the immediate Baltimore, Philadelphia, Annapolis or DC Metro areas (anything 2 hours or more away from Bel Air, MD according to Google maps. This would cover hotel and meal costs for our staff who would spend the night before your Ceremony somewhere nearby to assure nothing is missed due to traffic or travel related problems, and also makes for a more energized day of filming with one less lengthy leg of travel on the day of. In some cases this may be waived depending on the timing and amount of hours of coverage needed. We can also accept rooms already booked by guests in hotel blocks.

Additional Information

Video Intro- Featured in our Full Length Cinematic Documentary, this is a nice lead-in to your video, we'll capture the atmosphere of your ceremony location, guests arriving and the bridal party behind the scenes in the moments leading up to your ceremony. We'll also insert credits for your wedding party into the video to give it the feel of an opening to a movie... edited to the music of your choice, of course!

Pre-Ceremony Coverage- Featured in our Full Length Cinematic Documentary and set to the music of your choice, this part of the video would feature a behind-the-scenes look at the bride and the girls getting ready before the ceremony at her home, a hotel or at the venue. We'd also spend some time with the guys if they're in the same place or if it can be coordinated with a second videographer from our staff. This is also a good option to capture any formal photo shoots or 'first looks' that have become more popular before the ceremony.

Ceremony Coverage- Two camera coverage at the church or wedding location of Ceremony and Post-Ceremony activity such as Receiving Lines and Formal Photo Shoots. We show up about one hour before your starting time to get set up and coordinate our shoot with your photographer and whoever's in charge at the facility. We also get some behind the scenes shots of the bridal party and guests prior to the procession and some 'staging' shots of the facility indoors and out for use in your video intro. During the actual Ceremony itself, we begin with a camera angle up front of the wedding party coming down the aisle. Once the bride gets halfway down the aisle we'll move off to a side vantage point (and discreetly move around the venue for alternate filming angles with that camera, which we like to call the 'B-Cam'), while another camera (the 'Main Cam') catches all the action from a more centered location at the back of the facility that is continuously rolling. If you have one videographer, we'll check the Main-cam from time to time to make sure we're nice and square on our subject matter. If you have two videographers, one would be dedicated to the Main-Cam freeing up the second videographer with the B-Cam to be more creative with the shots they get. During editing, we would then tie all of that footage together which gives the illusion of 20 different camera angles! All the while, you'll hardly notice us there filming and we'll never walk up the center aisle or enter any sacred area of a facility. We like to keep our distance and blend in. We want your guests to be focused on you, not your vendors. Of course our clients can also direct how they would like the shooting to go, and we'll utilize an MP3 recorder to pick up your vows clearly (we clip the mic on the groom).

Post Ceremony Video Montage- Featured in our Full Length Cinematic Documentary, we'll discreetly sit in on a portion of your formal photo shoot after the ceremony, as well as gather highlights from your cocktail hour (when possible) and get plenty of detail shots from the reception unique to your wedding (cake, centerpieces, etc.) and turn that footage into a nice video montage set to the music of your choice. A great way to transition to Reception Coverage!

Reception Coverage- We'll capture all the important moments from your Reception like your Introductions, Cake Cutting, Toasts, all the important Dances, Garter and Bouquet Toss and anything else of importance including lots of open dancing! All of this footage would be included in your video, fully edited in real time so you'll hear the songs you danced to and hear the toasts in full as it all happened!

Modern Highlight Video- Featured in our Full Length Cinematic Documentary, the Highlight Video is featured at the end of your video and is run-down of the days events edited to the beat of the music of your choice! Please check out examples of this very popular feature on our Sample Video Page or view the many found on our Spotlight page (where we post all highlight films for friends and family of the bride and groom to enjoy anytime).

Old Film Highlight Video- Another Highlight Video option, this will give your highlights an 'old film' look. Please visit our Sample Video Page to see an example of this alternative editing style for our Highlight Videos.

Flowing Highlight Video- If you'd like to use a slowly paced song for your highlights, this would be the ideal variation of our Highlight Video Style that you'll probably want to go with. Since most real slow songs don't have a distinguished beat, scenes from the day will transition into one another to compliment the music you choose better. Please visit our Sample Video Page to see an example of this alternative editing style for our Highlight Videos.

Short Film- An alternative option to our typical Full Length Cinematic Documentary, this caters to folks who would rather not have to sit through a full 2 hour production of their wedding day. Edited much like our regular Highlight Videos that are already featured in our Full Length option, this would just be longer (12-20 minutes in length depending on the complexity of your day). Please visit our Sample Video Page to see an example of this alternate editing option to our typical Full Length Cinematic Documentary.

Sneak Peek Video- Our clients can get a sneak peak snippet from their wedding almost instantly! Well, at least within a few days of the wedding in most cases. We'll post a brief highlight video with some real-time moments like your vows and put it online in an effort to give all of our clients, their friends and family, a moment to relive right away... a smudge of instant gratification you could say! Look at these as merely a simply edited trailer to the feature film that will be delivered once the full editing process is completed.

Raw Footage Outakes- We usually wind up using about 80-90% of the footage we shoot in the finished product. However, in many cases, there's a good chunk of extra reception footage (random dancing) or portions of longer wedding ceremonies that are edited out to squeeze all of the important stuff from the wedding day onto one DVD. With this option, you'll get all of that extra reception footage, the full ceremony, uncut and extra pre ceremony and formal photo footage when available (which is set to music in the main video) and should you have a second videographer and exercise our Video Message Station option, any guest remarks would also be included on this disk, which would turn your wedding video into a two disk extravaganza!

Video Message Station- Basically a dedicated camera we'd set up at your reception where guests could come over at their leisure and roast, toast or wish the couple well should they be so inclined:) The camera would be set up with a sign on it inviting guests to come over when they'd like to at any time during the event.

Rehearsal Coverage- The night before your ceremony, we come out and capture some candid footage of your Ceremony Rehearsal and/or the following dinner and present some of that footage in a slow motion montage to the music of your choice in your video. This type of coverage acts as a great lead into the rest your video as it foreshadows things to come, much like a feature film. May also be good for toasts at dinner or presenting your Photo to Video Montage if you opt not to show it at your Reception:)

Love Story/Engagement Video/Save The Date- A personal and intimate video segment that allows the couple to share thoughts about each other, how they met, what they're looking forward to and so on.  We can do this a lot of different and fun ways too! Bounce your ideas off of me. This acts as a wonderful introduction to your video and can be displayed at your Rehearsal Dinner or Reception as well! It could even be used to invite guests to your wedding (Save The Date!).

Mini-Photo Montage (36-40 images)- This montage is a 'mini', one song in length, version of our full scale Photo-to-Video Montage. A popular alternative to those that really want a montage, but may not have a huge amount of pictures for it. The Mini Photo Montage acts as a nice lead-in to the entire video with blended pictures of the couple and their families through the years leading up to the big day! We can also use pictures from your Honeymoon to recap your experiences there!

Photo-to-Video Montage (80-100 images)- This has become an extremely popular option! We take photos of the couple, though the years, and convert them to video with transitions and the music of your choice. Also included in your video as part of the introduction, we can also provide a large screen projection system or an iMac video feed to present the montage at your Rehearsal Dinner or Reception... a great way to break the ice between two families just getting to know each other! The montage can also be projected through any house system at your reception. Have more than 100 pics? Inquire about special pricing!
