You get 4 Videos With Any of our Packages

All of our Full Length Film packages include:

1- Social Media Trailer – Around a minute long, these quick videos are perfect for Instagram, Facebook and any other social media. We'll use copyright safe music for this featurette, and let you choose the mood of the song (fun, chill, epic, country, dreamlike, rockin' or upbeat). Check out our latest here!

2- Short Film or a Highlight Video – Released at the same time as the Trailer, you'll also get to choose between a Short Film or a Highlight Video. Recapping the entire day, a Short film is about 10-12 minutes long, is set to custom music (you choose from our curated playlist) and features real-time snippets of parts of your ceremony. A Highlight Video also recaps your day, but is set to a song of your choosing (any song, feel free to rock some Coldplay if you'd like!). Can't decide which you like better? Add both to any package for an additional $200.

3- Full Length Feature Film Final Video – Your end product is an epic cinematic documentary around 2 hours long. It will feature all of your major events in full, in real time, as they happened. Your ceremony, first dance, toasts, cake cutting... all of it... every second. Those major events will be sandwiched by various video montages of all things pre and post ceremony like getting ready footage, formal photos, your cocktail hour, lots of details of the venue and grounds, all set to the music you choose. Seriously, any music you want, even more Coldplay... Shania Twain... you name it. Depending on the amount of coverage time you choose, we'll capture a lot of your open dancing, too.

4- Raw Footage Outakes – We'll include anything that didn't make the Full Length Film, as well as real time footage of pre and post ceremony activities, as part of your package either in it's own chapter marker in the main video, or as a separate digital video file if such footage is extensive.

Also included with all packages:

Complete Coverage – All important events, such as the Ceremony and key Reception moments, will be presented in the completed video in real time with their own chapter markers. See and hear the vows, toasts, special dances and more all as it happened! We always use two (or more) cameras during the ceremony and important reception events as well for total coverage.

Drone Coverage – Weather, venue and FAA permitting, we'll fly a drone on your wedding day to gather aerial footage of the grounds of your venue for inclusion in your video at no extra charge! If the weather is bad, we may be able to use some stock drone footage that we captured on a different day.

Add Photos – All packages come with a complimentary mini-photo montage! Up to 40 photos, you can send us 'diapers to dating' images, engagement photos or even honeymoon photos! This is completely optional.

Wireless Sound – We use wireless WAV recorder/microphones during the ceremony for optimal sound of your vows. WAV microphones have no actual wireless signal and won't affect any house wireless UHF system. We will also send you the audio file from the ceremony just a few days after the big day for fun.

You Choose the Music – I know we've already mentioned this... but really, ou select all of the music you'd like to use for the various parts of your Full Length Film, as well as go over day-of specifics for your wedding via forms for our various packages on our Preparation Page, which also will tell you what to expect from us on the day of your wedding:)

Hands On Customization – Matt personally edits every wedding and every client has the option to sit in on the final editing process at Matt's home studio per request to critique, tweak and finalize things with their own personal touch.

Digital Delivery – Once completed, we'll send your fully edited video to you via online download as Quicktime MP4's suitable for iTunes, Quicktime, Apple TV, Windows Media Player, other video playback software and all the different cloud services. You can even upload it to your Youtube channel if you'd like! You can easily make your own USB thumb drives using this file. DVD, thumb drive and SSD drive options available a-la-cart if you'd rather us do it for you!

-Monday through Thursday weddings are considered non-weekend. -Special pricing does not apply to major holidays (including New Years Eve and New Years Day). -Military, Law Enforcement, Emergency Service Professionals (Fire/Medical) and School Teachers can take $50 any package. 2 Hour Elopement Package

$1100

Normally $1200. Two hours coverage from the time you specify. Perfect for small, intimate weddings that's usually good for Ceremony only coverage, but may allow for a bit of reception coverage as well.

-2 Video Cameras, 1 Videographer

-Est video time: 30-60 minutes.

-Add a 2nd Videographer for $200.

-A third hour can be added to this package for $400.

*Limited availability on Saturday's between April and November.

4 Hour Basic Package

$1800

Normally $2000. Four hours coverage from the time you specify. This package is great for coverage of the Ceremony and first couple hours of the Reception to caputre all of those special events like your introductions, first dance, toasts, etc., with perhaps some time for pre-ceremony.

-2 Video Cameras, 1 Videographer

-Est video time: 60-120 minutes.

-Add a 2nd Videographer for $300.

-Extra Hours $200 for 1 Videographer, or $275 for 2 Videographers.

6 Hour Bronze Package

$2150

Normally $2400. Six hours coverage from the time you specify. This package is great for pretty much full coverage of Ceremony and Reception activities and even a little pre-ceremony footage.

-2 Video Cameras, 1 Videographer

-Est video time: 90-130 minutes.

-Add a 2nd Videographer for $400.

-Extra Hours $200 for 1 Videographer, or $275 for 2 Videographers.

8 Hour Silver Package

$2500

Normally $2800. This package will provide coverage of virtually an entire day of wedding events, from pre-ceremony activities to the ceremony and reception.

-2 Video Cameras, 1 Videographer

-Est video time: 120-150 minutes.

-Add a 2nd Videographer for $500.

-Extra Hours $200 for 1 Videographer, or $275 for 2 Videographers.

*Limited availability during peak season between April and November, especially Saturdays.

Gold 8 Hour Package (our most popular option!)

$2900

Normally $3100. Comes with 8 hours coverage, 2 videographers, an extensive Outakes video with raw footage and other goodies and an optional Video Message Station for guests to leave well wishes during the reception at their leisure.

2-3 Day Package

Normally $6500. Great for 2-3 day events, especially Hindu/Indian weddings! You get everything in the Gold package, but with up to 18 hours of coverage over 2-3 days. Everything would be delivered on your choice of an SSD drive, 3 USB's or 3 DVD's.

-2 Video Cameras, 2 Videographers.

-Voluntary/Optional Video Message Station included for non-obtrusive guest well-wishes

-Extra Hours $270.

-50% of package fee due at contract to hold calendar date, second 50% due by the wedding day.

SSD Drive Delivery (includes all raw footage source files)

Get all of your video files delivered on an external portable SSD hard drive. Includes independent MP4's of your Full Length Film, Highlight Video, Short Film Sneak Peek & Outakes video (if part of your package). Also includes all raw source files directly from our cameras, master audio files, and DVD image files with cover artwork (if part of your package).

Additional Videographer/ Video Message Station

$200-$500~

An additional videographer is great when we have to be in two places at one time. They also allow for more dynamic coverage of all the day's events and also allow for the ability to do Video Messages at your reception (if you'd like to do that of course)! We'd set that camera up near the bar or lobby, and would put a sign on it inviting guests over to leave well wishes at their leisure. Specific pricing for an extra videographer is denoted with each package above.

DVD Add-on

$50/$105

$40 single copy / $80 for three copies. Includes priority shipping. Inquire for bulk pricing.

Rehearsal Coverage (up to 3 hours)

$1500

We'll come film your rehearsal and/or rehearsal dinner and deliver it fully edited with your package on a separate disk, which would also include any raw footage and outakes from the day-of, turning your package into a double-disk set! See detailed description toward the bottom of this page. Usually requires hotel fees as well if the wedding is the next day.

More than 40 photos in your montage

$2 per photo

All of our packages come with a complimentary/voluntary photo montage with up to 40 photos of your choosing (growing up, dating, etc.). But if you have more photos you'd like to include, they're $2 each over the initial 40.

Save the Date/Love Story/Engagement Video

$1000

This is like a video engagement shoot where the couple tells their story about how they came together. It would be used as a lead-in to your main wedding video, and could also be used to invite guests to your wedding... aka a 'Save the Date' video!

Re-Downloading your Wedding Video

$35 per instance

We make your wedding video files available for download for a few months after the wedding on Dropbox. After that time, if you need to download your wedding video again, we charge a one-time fee of $30 as it takes a couple hours of work to go into our archives and upload the files to Dropbox again. We highly recommend all of our couples to not only save their video on their computers, but in their cloud storage as well (your own Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, etc.) for safe keeping:)

Digitizing your Wedding Video

$55 per instance

If we filmed your wedding before the digital age kicked into full gear (anytime before 2012), we may be able to digitize your wedding DVD's! We keep extensive archives and have every wedding we've filmed saved on external hard drives. We can take your DVD's files and digitize them, turning them into MP4 files then sharing the a Dropbox link for you to download your wedding video.

Travel Fees

We travel generally within a 2-3 hour driving radius of Bel Air, MD. Outside of 3 hours would require additional time and/or hotel fees. 4 hours or more may require airfare. Minimum travel fees are as follows:

-Within 30 minutes of Bel Air, MD: $0

-30 minutes or more from Bel Air, MD: $50

-2 to 3 hours from Bel Air, MD: $200 (may require hotel fees depending on location)

-3 to 4 hours from Bel Air, MD: $400 (includes hotel fee for one night. Two nights requires $600)

-4 plus hours from Bel Air MD: Negotiable w/ airfare

-Downtown Annapolis (less the USNA), Baltimore or Philadelphia: $100*

-Northern VA: $250*

-Kent Island: $100 (Oct 1- May 23)/ $150 (May 24-Sept 30)*

-MD Eastern Shore: $150 (north and west of Easton)/ $200 (south and east of Easton)*

-Washington DC, Alexandria, Arlington: $300*

-MD/DE In-Season Beach Resort Travel Fee (May 15- Sept 15): $375*

-MD/DE Off-Season Beach Resort Travel Fee (Sept. 16- May 14): $275*

* Travel fees reflect compensation for the additional time our team spends traveling for events, or other costs we may incur such as parking, tolls, fuel or hotel stays, as well as general logistics in certain areas. For example, even though a location in DC might be 60 minutes from us, we plan an additional hour of buffer time to get there due to traffic concerns. Same for parts of the eastern shore of MD... we add much more time to our agenda knowing how bad bridge or beach traffic can be.

**For most venues in major cities, we require valet parking, or a reasonably secure parking area on site, as well as the booking of two videographers.
