We travel generally within a 2-3 hour driving radius of Bel Air, MD. Outside of 3 hours would require additional time and/or hotel fees. 4 hours or more would require airfare. Minimum travel fees are as follows:
-Within 30 minutes of Bel Air, MD: $0
-30 minutes or more from Bel Air, MD: $50
-2 to 3 hours from Bel Air, MD: $200 (may require hotel fees depending on location)
-3 to 4 hours from Bel Air, MD: $400 (includes hotel fee for one night. Two nights requires $600)
-4 plus hours from Bel Air MD: Negotiable w/ airfare
-Downtown Annapolis (less the USNA), Baltimore or Philadelphia: $100*
-Northern VA: $250*
-Kent Island: $100 (Oct 1- May 23)/ $150 (May 24-Sept 30)*
-MD Eastern Shore: $150 (north and west of Easton)/ $200 (south and east of Easton)*
-Washington DC, Alexandria, Arlington: $300*
-MD/DE In-Season Beach Resort Travel Fee (May 15- Sept 15): $375*
-MD/DE Off-Season Beach Resort Travel Fee (Sept. 16- May 14): $275*
* Travel fees reflect compensation for the additional time our team spends traveling for events, or other costs we may incur such as parking, tolls, fuel or hotel stays, as well as general logistics in certain areas. For example, even though a location in DC might be 60 minutes from us, we plan an additional hour of buffer time to get there due to traffic concerns. Same for parts of the eastern shore of MD... we add much more time to our agenda knowing how bad bridge or beach traffic can be.
**For most venues in major cities, we require valet parking, or a reasonably secure parking area on site, as well as the booking of two videographers.
